I felt that 'Susie' was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed out stay, immensely.

It took us a bit to figure out the heat, but that was on us. hahaha Not Susie's fault at all....if we had asked her, I am sure she would have been more than helpful!

The room itself was clean and comfortable

The outside was dirty and needed a good clean. Stairwells needed a good wash down, cobwebs and debris everywhere, the pool wasn't opened.
