Comfortable room

The motel was unmanned - the TV didn't work

When the TV didn't work I contacted the interim owner /or person taking calls, he advised he would report the problem, but it was never rectified

No TV reception, no person on site

The comfortable bed.

No staff, n o reception. Dangerous narrow two steps from parking to entrance of ground unit. a sign of lack of preparation was a Kleenex box almost empty. Fro the price paid, I would have expected a better bathroom.

Location was great with a little fruit shop across the road. Rail trail in right here too for the walkers/runners

Clean comfortable good basic room

Lots of noise, much comings and goings of vehicles not related to guests and noise from upstairs room coming through ceiling. No staff on sites to manage noise. Not much quiet until after 2 am

The phone assistant was polite.

No entry instructions. No staff on site. Outdated call instructions on door.

Geräumig, sauber

Rezeption war geschlossen, ohne Reinigungskraft die zufällig da war wären wir nicht in unser Zimmer gekommen, da auch die Telefonnummer nicht gestimmt hat. Andere Gäste sind wieder gefahren. Angeblich wechselt der Besitzer

Clean, convenient, comfortable bed, reasonable value.

Check in process is appalling. No one on site, phone number didn’t answer, finally someone rang me after I left messages on three different phone numbers and sent an email. She said I had to do the auto check in but I wasn’t going to put credit card details and upload a photo of my driver licence when I don’t know if it is secure. Another person staying there said the property is run remotely and everyone has trouble checking in - he ended up going elsewhere the previous night because he couldn’t get anyone to answer. Owners accommodation has clearly been unoccupied for ages. Not good enough at all.
