New check-in system is great. Communication was grreat. The bed was super comfy. Good shower with near instant hot water.

There was no jug to boil water for coffee. Not the end of the world but morning coffee is a staple 😁

Easy booking and check in. Clean.

Pillows could do wth updating and shares. Clear marking the length of the steps for when wet. Dign for prices of snacks but no snacks. Easier to remove the sign.

Location was good. So was the room

Wifi did not work. At all.

I arrived to check in (ore-paid) and the Motel was closed for business.

no warning about the facility's status and so it shoud not have been taking bookings obviously.

Large, spotlessly clean, tidy room with very comfortable queen bed and all amenities. Shower room dated but clean and working well. Wifi available but very slow.

There are no staff on site, each room has it's own lockbox to access the key. Our neighbouring room was occupied by two young men who didn't sleep. They were not loud or rowdy but had frequent visitors up to 3am. The conversations and moving around were enough to keep us awake until 3am as the walls are thin. During the afternoon we also saw different cars and people hanging around on e-bikes and scooters and leaving within half an hour. Whether this alternative usage of the property is permanent we cannot say. We felt unsettled by it. This of course affected our holiday. We left the property rather than staying the second night that we had paid for. One other note, prior to arrival we were prompted to upload a drivers' license or passport image as 'id' to the motel's own 'portal'. The Booking.com app gave a fraud alert warning with that message. We used the Booking.com message app rather than the 'portal' to communicate.
