Good price for room close to airport

Requested late checkout which i had to reconfirm in check-in at 3am and still got knocked awake prior to checkout as message had not been passed on

No shuttle service, when called for a pick up person on phone very rude. Offered a taxi at £18+, but as the bus service runs 24hrs a day only costing £3 each way it saved lots of money on advertised price for shuttle.

Poor quality room, wallpaper peeling, had to ask for towels, bed frame ripped and damaged.needs an upgrade.

It was close to the airport

Bon petit déjeuner de style "continental" offrant plusieurs options. Restaurant indien intégré à l'hôtel servant des plats très savoureux. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel, à peine 3 arrêts d'autobus séparent l'hôtel de l'aéroport London-Gatwick.

Robinet de douche défectueux. Ventilateur abîmé mais fonctionnel. En somme, rien de bien grave.
