Anny Studios Perissa Beach

The staff went out of their way to help us. They helped with transportation and day excursions. They were some of the friendliest people we met in Greece. The location was perfect. The room was good for large groups of people. There were many single beds.

When we got there we didn't get the rooms we confirmed. We schedule 3 rooms we only got 2 rooms ( Accommodate all 9 of us) and paid for 3 rooms. Thanks.

Perissa is busy beach. Great for backpacking world traveler set. Nice hike to old Thira. Good food. Off-season is slow.

Antonio is a great host. He stayed up until 2 am to check me in. The transfers to the port worked perfectly and I'm grateful to Anny Studios for that complimentary service. The rooms are very basic and need some remodeling. The sewage system may also need some repair as I sensed a bad smell near the laundry area. The location is excellent just steps away from beautiful Parissa Beach.

The Anny HOTEL in Mesaria doesn't exist, but you can book it in the internet. The internet page is still active! In our case, we made a correct internet-booking-procedure. And then on date of arrival we were picked-up from the airport and the shuttle tranferred us to the Anny STUDIOS, which are at Perissa beach. So completely out of track! One week later, as we booked Anny HOTEL again, we arranged again pick-up, this time from port and then we were again transferrd to Perissa beach. As I discussed the whole issue with the receptionist, he was completely uncooperative and was not willing to pay back the amount of money, I had already paid for two persons. By the way: the studios are really not nice and not clean. So finally we checked out and went to the hotel next door! ACTUALLY I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE ZERO POINTS TO THIS HOTEL, BUT THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE! BUT PLEASE NOTE: ZERO STARS! DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!!

The hotel is located right on the beach but the rooms were not as advertised. We were put in a side building that looked nothing like the hotels.com pictures. Bar and pool is nice, wifi only works in the lobby/pool and is sketchy. Make sure you go to Aqua restaurant on the beach, the owner is great, cheap drinks and great food. He doesn't charge for the chairs/umbrella if you spend 25euro which is easy, cold beer and great sangria.

Is was good, it is very good location. Need to be mantained, kitchen was old and rusted. Walter preasure was terrible. Anyway the pool is very good and so is wifi.

We spent 4 nights at Anny Studios and wished we had stayed longer. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and felt safe. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we cannot praise them enough. We had breakfast at the hotel twice which was fair especially for what it included. The poolside bar was also very fair in price and was a nice place to relax before bed, as well as the reception room which had movies running, books and board games. Location amazing, across the road from the beach but not too touristy (just enough). Wifi great, laundry service was a nice addition as well. Generally more suited to younger travellers or couples. Shower a little cramped but nothing compared to an overall amazing stay. Thanks again.

very close to the beach and restaurants on the ''boardwalk". anny studios helped provide transportation and connections to the things we wanted to do - rent ATVs, visit Fira at night, etc. i wish they had better internet service - but we're on an island - what can you do?

We had a great stay, it was quiet during the early season (we arrived just after Easter weekend) Some shops and restaurants were just getting prepared to open and other accommodations were doing renovations and repairs before the busy season.
