Dunbrody Country House Hotel

Check in was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was a bit of a challenge to find. Charming hotel but furniture needs some fixing. Fabric on chairs had holes and were too unstable to sit in. Pub on the grounds was great. Good food and setting.

Had a very enjoyable stay here. Loved the food, the decor, the gardens. We were warmly welcomed and very well looked after by the team for the whole of our stay. Room was fantastic and couldn't fault anything.

Hotel was Fantastic apart from Wi-Fi in room, staff very friendly and helpful, The meal in the hotel was perfect. Unfortunately the food from the bar and the service was very disappointing, after ordering food they couldn't bring the right food to right table and kept bringing me a beef burger (3 times also chicken burger written on receipt) when I ordered a chicken burger and to be honest was not impressed with the chicken burger or the new York stripe

It was amazing. The cookery school, the accommodations, the staff and the food. All simply amazing.

I loved the big house atmosphere rather than hotel with big lobby and all mod cons type of accommodation. The rooms were cozy with real fire and sofas and armchairs. Bedrooms were high ceilings and nicely wallpapered with old style furniture and lovely decor. The staff were warm and friendly. The menu was varied and nicely served.

From the moment we arrived our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was fabulous, service attentive but not overwhelming. The food was of an extremely high standard. We will definitely be returning.

I requested a room without having to climb some of the stairs. Got a big surprise when we arrived as they allocated a room downstairs. I was so lucky and grateful

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room while comfortable needs updating,the wallpaper was torn in places which was disappointing considering the cost of staying

On arrival we were upgraded to a suite the suite beautifully decorated the only fault I had with the room was the toilet did not flush properly. We eat in the local pub which is situated on the grounds of Dunbroady house the food was fabulous.The staff were exceptional friendly and helpful I also liked the idea of tossing a coin for your drink between 6-8pm on a Friday. The breakfast was disappointing. However I will be definitely returning to the Dunbroady House.
