"Very relaxing stay"

Stayed at Dunbrody for 1 night on 9/6, very tranquil location. Despite an empty reception desk on arrival, there was a very warm welcome and relaxing vibe. Dinner was good and service was very good. Came away feeling rested and relaxed. Would highly recommend for a chill-out break away.

Very pleasant stay. Cosy hotel, friendly staff. Ideal for a romantic break or quiet getaway. Breakfast is served from 8am-12. Make sure its included in your package.

"Gorgious Place & people"

We both loved the experience from start to finish. Dunbrody House is a beautiful period house with lovely surrounds. The Owners Kevin & Catherine are hard working and it shows in all they do. The food is fantastic and the staff are on hand for all your needs. South of New Ross there are beautiful areas to explore, there's no nicer place around whenthe sun is out.

"Dunbrody House"

Great service, very reasonably priced bar and bar food (lunch & dinner). Main dining room was a bit quiet so opted for the dinner in the bar - superb quality of food, well thought out menu, no skimping on portion sizes, properly cooked and presented with discreet but attentive service. The house is old but well maintained, decorated in keeping with original style. Fantastic breakfast especially as it's served upto 12.00! Only slight issue - the room (300) is getting a little tired & worn - wonky shower head & taps, seals around shower & bath showing their age and the cheapest plastic ill fitting toilet seat you could find! Didn't get a chance to go the spa or the school kitchen - but from what we saw and smelt coming from them, we would like to return. Overall you can look beyond the room issues becasue the food and service were impeccable.
