Very noisy road limited sleep. There was renovations being done so not much rest in our “down time.” Staff rude and inaccurate information. Music in foyer was being heard in our room at 5am! Car parking space was extremely tight, not good for bigger cars. Do not recommend

Always available when in need, good size room, showers big for 2, for a one nighter you can’t ask for more, pretty much all amenities, l had a good sleep can’t complain also in a good location St Kilda

Someone had been smoking in the room. The car park was not suitable for my 4WD. My car is under the high but I still hit a fire sprinkler that could now be very costly to myself.

Arrived and room was full of smoke The manager was fantastic and upgraded me but However when I got up I saw bugs in the carpet crawling up the walls I would not recommend at all sorry

Horrible staff who just want to rip you off

Shower leeked over the floor. Drain could not cope with the water flow

The bar fridge had been disconnected by someone previously to me. When I reconnected it it was a noisy conveyance and I understand why it was turned off. The bed side lamps we out of order and when I advise the staff nothing was done about it whilst I was there. There were undesirable guests in house that were either drug fueled and drunk that caused loud disturbances in the middle of the night.

Needs updating, edges of wardrobe/drawers chipped. Bathroom needs to be updated Generally the room looks tired. Good location for St Kilda, walkable to where I needed to go as well as the trams. The woman on reception was so helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
