Very happy with the stay. Easy to book, nice staff

Shower head leaking profusely on arrival, fixed after reported, shower cubicle leaked, not fixable but offered extra towels to put on the floor. Advertised as "parking available" which means park on the street as long as the car is moved before 7:00am or parking fine. Not my definition of "available". $20 to park under the building, waived after an arguement.

I was happy with my stay. I got what I was expecting. Very happy. I will stay again in the future.

Bathroom was in need of attention. Otherwise clean and well priced

It's ok. I've stayed there a couple different times now. It's good enough. Nothing special.

It is a nice hotel on the outside and the reception has been well maintained, but once you pass the entrance, that image gradually fades away. The room I stayed in has furniture that is appropriate for the room, I don't know if all the rooms have the same atmosphere of being bought at the Market Place. Good mattress, terrible pillows. And well... I could go on... and to close, it would be great if there was no charge for absolutely everything like parking, gym, and other areas, everything should be included, it is not good to adopt the bad habit of the airlines. Anyway, if you want to stay there, it is a good place to spend the night and go out.

The property met our every need for the reason we were there, however the room smelt like cigarette with an ingenious idea of a shower cap over the smoke detector. The shower head was loose, which made that a wee challenge, but we got there. The staff were great, smiley and more than competent. We will probably stay there again for convenience, however the 'no smoking' policy of the rooms somehow need to be better policed.

Very nice spacious and clean room. Friendly helpful staff.

Garage spots very hard to move around in and expensive for the conditions there. Everything in walking distance. Very strong perfume smell in the building.
