Hotel International Inn

I went India to face Polish Embassy and had to stay there for 5 days. I didn't know the condition before going there. AC was not working well. Shower was not working. Washroom quality was so poor and the size of the room was too much small. No room freshener, enough light was not available. Moreover there was no bottle of drinking water. Service charge and tax is so much high. I booked a room for 27$ but at the end of the day I had to pay 41$. I stayed only 2 days there and then found another hotel in a very reasonable price with all the facilities. It was the most bad experience of mine. DON'T CHECK IN in International Inn.

One word would describe it.. Terrible!! The hotels.com had an excellent rating which is completely misleading.. The rooms are small, void of windows and the bathrooms have leaking taps that disturbs you whole night.. Mobile networks don't reach rooms on the inner parts of the hotel and pillows are like rocks!! The bathroom has nothing but cheap soap and the break fast besides being very basic is organised in an adjacent hotel..

Room was not cleaned. Bed sheets had oil marks, then I asked them to changed and that was also the same. Manu card was sticky and when called the room service they don't have half the stuff in the menu.. Internet/ wifi doesn't work, that give hundreds of excuses for that.. Overall below average expirince...

Hotel is well located on the main road and 10 minutes from Airport which was the best part. Me and my wife are a bit old and have faced many issues with many hotels in the past due to non-cooperation by the staff. But we were obliged to see the proactive help given by the staff. They helped in arranging a room on the ground floor and arranging medicines very quickly. Tea was good. Food was nice.

A very good hotel near to the airport. The hotel staff was courteous. Great value for money. Tea was good. Have been using this group hotels for long time. Would recommend it to everyone at the price they offer.

Me and my family booked two rooms in this hotel and it was a joyful experience for us. Hotel helped to arrange a pick-up for us from airport which was hassle free. The room was already prepared for us and the check-in was very quick. We requested for rooms at ground floor to make it comfortable for my old parents, the staff went out of the way to help us. This explains customer service.

We wanted to stay near airport to save our time as Delhi roads are too busy and congested. The hotel has a very beautiful lobby and reception area. The room was also nice with latest facilities available. Room service was a bit slow but after complaining about it, they improved. Food was also served hot and was okay to eat. Decent priced cab for city tour was arranged by the hotel.

Decent hotel with good room and bathroom. Slow room service. Good wifi speed. Few mosquitoes but staff managed to provide solution for that. Good food.

Hotel has an elegant lobby with beautiful and well furnished rooms. The room should be a bit more ventilated before room is ready for check-in, but it was comfortable within 5 minutes. Worth the price i paid for at a convenient location nearby airport. We had to leave for Jaipur 2 days later and were surprised to know that we are very nearby the Delhi border area which saved us a lot of traffic time. Hotel staff was helpful enough to keep our bags till we return from Jaipur.

My stay at the hotel was good as i had to catch a flight after 4 hours i thought i could take a small nap. The rooms were neat and clean. Staff at hotel had smile on their face and too helpful. Wifi was free and fast. Will visit again.
