Hotel International Inn

It is very well maintained hotel with good staff and good food. The advantage of this hotel is that it is very near to the airport so the traveller who need to catch up an early morning or late night flight can easily attend their flights without any problems. On the whole I would say a very good experience for me.

Overall, I had a disappointing stay at Hotel International Inn. Check in was slow, and when I eventually managed to get to my room I found that it was very dated and worn. As the price I paid was low I didn't mind too much, but when I looked around the room I quickly changed my mind. When I lifted up the duvet I found hairs and stains on the linen and pillow case. In the bathroom, there was no toilet paper and a cigarette in the toilet. The towels had stains on them, and I couldn't tell if this was because they were so old or if they hadn't been washed. As I had to leave very early the next morning I thought to myself I can manage for one night. However, my mind changed when I left the room for dinner. I found that the front door would not lock properly - anyone could just push the door from the outside to open it. This was the last straw, so I went to reception and asked for a new room. Again, service was slow, but when I finally got to speak to the receptionist he did not want to put me in a new room. He sent men to 'look' at the dirty linen, towels and door, so that they could resolve the problem without moving me. When it transpired that the door could not be fixed they moved me to another room. This one was facing the highway and was very noisy. I again checked the room and found that the towels were clean (if not old), but the bed linen had stains and small hairs. At this point I was tired and had to be awake in 3 hours so I accepted the problems and settled in.

There was no water hot or cold at all in the bathroom, not even for flush toilet. Hotel staff did not care when I reported the problem. I bought a 2 liter water bottle from outside to brush my teeth and wash my face when I woke up.

It would have been Good but due to staff it became average.

We booked this hotel for a stayover and was satisfied with it. We arranged airport pick and drop from hotel and they provide a decent service for the same. Hotel location is perfect, too near to airport. Rooms are good. Food was decent. Liked it.

I had a nice experience in this hotel. Initially i was scared staying alone, but this is quiet a safe and secure place to stay. Staff are quiet helpful and professional. Room service was quick. Food served was good which saved me to go outside. Loved the room. Fresh and well ventilated bathroom. Thank you.

Hotel has a colorful lobby at the entrance which is quiet attractive. Staff is nice and helpful. They arranged cab for city tour and Agra tour to see Taj Mahal at a nominal price. Our room was beautiful with neat and clean bed sheets and towels. Food was nice. Will recommend this to everyone.

I spent couple of days here and was in love with this hotel. Such a colorful lobby to sit. Room was excellent with all in-amenities available. Bathroom was well made. Hotel staff was too helpful. Arranged cab for Delhi visit and airport drop too. Very good. Will visit again.

I am very much satisfied with the services provided by the hotel. I had a short stay but i really liked it. Room service was quick and food served was nice. Room and bathroom were well maintained. Will stay for longer duration next time.
