The hotel’s location is very good and convenient.

The quality of the reserved Executive Double Room was not as expected. I was charged Rs. 14,113.05 through Booking.com, but in my opinion, the room was not worth the price at all. The room was spacious, as expected for an Executive Double Room, but several aspects were disappointing. One of the two bathrooms had a serious drainage issue and was not comfortable to use. When I requested a room change, I was told that I had been provided one of the best rooms in Hotel Viceroy, and that although one bathroom drain was not working properly, I still had two bathrooms. I found this response unacceptable, because I paid for a room with two functional and comfortable bathrooms, not one usable bathroom and one problematic bathroom. Most of the amenities were extremely old and poorly maintained. Although we were two guests, only one pair of slippers was provided initially; another was given only after we requested it. A hair dryer was also available only upon request, and it was very old. Overall, the experience did not justify the high price of the Executive Double Room. I would not choose to stay here again, at least not in this overpriced room category.

Well located near to the Mall with a beautiful ambience. Cleanliness was very good . Staffs were polite and Co-operative. Food was good.

Timing of breakfast should be extended upto 10.30 am instead of 9.30 am.

It was really good. We had a very nice stay. Staff behavior is excellent. Mr. Vivek took personal care to make our stay enjoyable.

Location is pretty amazing close to mall road I booked deluxe premium and the rooms are pretty luxurious and spacious. Will definitely recommend if visiting darjeeling.

My room was pre warmed with a heater - I arrived in March. Clean and well decorated/tidy. Good standards of service.

I was travelling around India light. But always book good hotels. It said smart casual for dinner. I guess I wasn’t smart casual enough the waiter gave me a proper look up and down.
