Hotel Las Nubes Holbox

Javier and staff are the best. They are very accommodating, super frindley and always with a smile. We would definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing place Staff top notch!!!

The hotel is at the end of the hotel zone and has a lot of seaside frontage. Unfortunately, they were unable to clean up the inundation of seaweed and it was stinky. They have added some nice activities such as yoga, birding excursions and cooking/cocktail class. The people who work there are nice but the hotel has seen better days.

Our room was dark with an obstructed view of the water. Make sure you book a room upstairs. Bedding and towels were worn. This room could use a refresh.

Best location for access to the sandbanks. It was so quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are very clean. The stars at night are incredible-especially since it is the last hotel before the conservation area. It’s right on the ocean so it was about 30 paces from our room into the water. Most of the other hotels you have to cross the street to get to the beach but this one you don’t. The room was very clean and well appointed. Even though it said it was Garden view we still had a beautiful view of the ocean. I’ve never wanted to hang out on a hotel balcony before, but we did at this place! Bed was comfortable. I really liked that they give you a beach bag to use while you’re there. The included breakfast was great and they had more to order if you wanted. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great value for what we paid. We would definitely come back.

que falta sombra en exteriores, esto es muy importante. Porque es una zona de mucho calor y nos tenemos que estar peleando por un poco de sombra. Otra cosa, es la mala música del bar de playa

It was peaceful and very refreshing experience. The staff is so nice and attentive to your needs. The room is very nice. Bed is very comfy. There is a TV in room but we only used it one night of our 10 night stay.

Excellent staff, proffesional. They took good care of us. We are staying at the hotel Las Nubes where the treatment was. The room had space for to people so I had massage with my daughter that was very nice. Easy to find the place. Cosy room, like a little bungalow. It was a very good treatment that we highly recommend.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Las Nubes. We came for a friend’s wedding and the staff was considerate and attentive to every detail. Breakfast was delicious and our room was clean every day with fresh towels available on request. Communication was very efficient and handled through WhatsApp. Would highly recommend the hotel for couples or friends. The hotel is on a more secluded part of the island so it is nice and quiet, and you can have nice walks on the sand bar. A special thank you to Javier for his attention during all meal services and for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. To all the staff, thank you!
