El personal super amable. El hotel muy bonito y cómodo. Muy tranquilo.

La ubicación es un poco lejana pero super tranquila. Si quieres fiesta esta un poco retirado para ir caminando, en taxi son solo 10 minutos de distancia. Si quieres descanso es una excelente opción. Hay pocas opciones de comida en el hotel.

La habitación que me tocó empezó a tener problemas de electricidad. Se cortó la luz en por lo menos la mitad del tiempo que estuve alojada. No pudieron solucionar el problema, terminé haciendo el reclamo correspondiente y yéndome. Una lástima xq no creo que vuelva

Excelente Service and place ! Javier our waiter was excellent. Thank you for an amazing experience. The views of the Nubes hotel are beautiful. Our cabin was a quiet oasis. Close to Punta mosquito and the reserve had a big plus for any one looking for the best beach in Holbox.
