A little bit outdated and old, bathroom tap was hard to use and a bit seized, old water filter station, the outdoor ashtray was still dirty and had ash in it, but it was ok just needs a bit of attention

Was okay but will not stay there again

Pool was great, rooms were good size

The size of the 2 bedroom villa was very comfortable for our family of 5 and the location was very central to supermarket, coffee shops, laundry mat and top restaurants all in walking distance.

The 2 bathrooms were exposed to the outdoors and one of the bathrooms (downstairs) had a very bad sewage(?) smell given the heat and humidity. Housekeeping tried to mask it with air freshener but it didn’t work the smell lingered so must be from the drainage. Limited power point outlets to charge all our devices and the ones downstairs sparked!

Spacious and great location for leisure activities

Very noise, if your neighbours are excited and crazy for the nights you can hear them very clearly so as road traffic. Average maintenance - few broken marble floors, hard open doors

Staff and villa was good

but when it rained our outside room and bathroom was flooded , these things should be sorted and checked prior to renting the villas as this was a existing leak

Good price villa with multiple cats walking around. The room is well maintained with mosquitoes repellent incense. Large room with a nice hot jacuzzi tub.

It is not sound proof so we could hear everything from the downstair unit. They were having phone calls and talk late into the night, so it was very hard for us to sleep. We tried calling the reception, which were really helpful to inform the downstair unit to keep the volume down.
