Had a great stay

Exceptional place to stay. My wife and I would definitely be back when we visit Bali once again.

This villa is unsafe for children!!!! Unorganised staff and unhelpful management! No sound isolation at all- you can hear your neighbours every word when they party at 4am. Poor quality fittings. Not very clean. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Their system didn’t recognise our booking so they weren’t ready for us at 8pm. So we dragged our kids to a restaurant and waited until 9pm to get into our room. The 2 bedroom villa is actually and a 1 bedroom villa with a studio bedroom- and these are separated by a pool. The walkway between the bedrooms is literally a gappy bridge across the pool. This is completely unsafe for a 3 year old to stay in a room without parents as they could easily slip into the pool. We had to stay the one night due to the late arrival. This was awful due to the noise from next door (including setting off fireworks at 2am). Then Kanishka refused to let us check out a day early. Happy to pay for the night we stayed- but just want to leave and refund the 2nd night. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and refunded us. The hotels.com help desk was amazing and we are very grateful to them. Absolutely horrible stay- so much so it’s almost comical. One shower didn’t work and the toilet leaked at the bottom. The list just goes on and on. I just don’t see how any parent could possibly feel comfortable with the bedroom setup for small children. We had to split up the adults so one stayed in each bedroom with a kid- not at all what you intend for a holiday!

Good location, easy access ro supermarket, massage and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Villa a bit dated, need freahening up in areas. Soft furnishings bit grubby, need replacing.

Location, was very central, easy to get anywhere, cafes and restaurants directly outside property.

Lack of: air conditioning, broke down constantly, shower head and taps calcified, literally had to move around under the shower to get wet, and to top it off, in one of the rooms booked there was a rat, enough said. For what you pay to stay here you can get other beautiful if not better accommodation elsewhere. Sorry Kanishka, but your property needs an overhaul. Even with what I wrote, I was being kind and respectful.

The most incredible villa for our family of five. Kids had a ball, staff so friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Loved it!

There was mould, rust, stains, dirty floors, leaking toilet and mosquitos everywhere. Pretty sure there was blood stains probably from a motorbike accident that went from the front door to our bedroom. One morning staff called at 8am and woke us up to ask if we wanted breakfast when they told us we need to book it the night before. I wouldn’t recommend staying here the place looks so nice in pictures but it’s so old and needs a lot of maintenance. It was also so overpriced.

Staff were friendly, in room meals were amazing. The pool Villa was beautiful and very private.
