the location was good, staff were friendly

the sliding doors didn’t lock, you could still slide doors open after you locked them

Private pool is the way to go. Daily room service and turn down service is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our fridge stopped working at 8pm at night and when I rang reception they brought another one up straight away. Great service.

The villa is a bit tired. Pool decking could do with some attention as could some of the kitchen cupboard doors and drawer fronts. Hot water in the shower was hit and miss.

Great location, spacious villa, characterful, clean and today, super-friendly and helpful staff.

Some of the decor could do with a spruce-up but this was a minor detail. We liked everything about this place overall.

Everything needs an update. Painting refresh, taps and shower heads need replacing. Wholes in walls need fixing. Rats !!!!!!! Rats in the out door bathroom on sink on toilet on floor. Rats in walls and ceiling Rats in bedroom down stairs. The state of our adult children's room was not up to standard. Very shabby finish. The whole place just needs an update and a rat eradication. I understand there are rats in Bali, but not shit everywhere and in our accommodation.
