The Vijitt Resort Phuket

This was our first visit to Thailand and we were looking for a very relaxing break in a great location. The resort did not disappoint in any way. The accommodation and facilities were top class. The food was excellent, with a wide range of cuisines and dishes on offer. We ate Thai food at every meal and loved every single dish. The staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a very early departure and were provided with a takeaway breakfast box. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Wow just arrived home after 2 weeks at the Vijitt and we had the most amazing time! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles from everyone! Nothing is too much trouble from Tommy who takes you up and down the resort in the golf buggy to the lovely Maria in the restaurant the service was exceptional! Also Nou by the pool was awesome and very friendly! We stayed in Room 24 which is a deluxe sea view room and wow what an amazing view! Such a nice room with a large bed and huge bath and outside shower area! The Breakfast was always really nice with a great choice of eggs at the egg station with freshly made omelettes,eggs Benedict,fried eggs etc! We had dinner there a few times as well and were never disappointed with a great selection of authentic Thai food or western food with something for everyone! They are working very hard to renovate the rooms and facilities but it didn’t interfere with our stay and can’t wait to comeback and see the results! Thank you all for an amazing holiday! The place is very beautiful. The rooms are big and spacious. No refill on body wash and soap. Receive one bar for 4 nights. We had to use the outside shower gel and bough soap from Phuket Central festival It was hot and water was supplied daily and very grateful for that. Towels are old they need replacement Breakfast was good but same things everyday no variation. The golf cat service was good Overall we enjoy our stay.

Superb resort, everything was perfect. Free upgrade upon arrival to an Ocean view room with private pool. Absolutely stunning. Food was excellent Staff were brilliant Included a free 30 minute massage at the pool! Would highly recommend.

The resort was under renovation and it was not mentioned at time of the booking so it was a surprise for us to find that the whole resort was pretty much under construction. The first morning we missed the breakfast due to jet lag, although they accommodate a couple of toast and a croissant with coffee, they did charge us -even though we did pay extra for the breakfast included option at booking. It is an average resort and I guess you get what you pay. We normally stay a more up range resorts and the difference is obvious.

We were upgraded to a Beachfront Pool Villa (thanks Vijitt!), and it was the most amazing setting. The private pool and view is magnificent, and the rooms are lovely. It was very private. We loved the beach, even though there are no waves, the quietness makes up for it.

Extremely relaxing. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Scenery amazing. With all Phuket’s booming tourist trade this was an oasis in the desert. Reminded me of the old Thailand from years ago. Everything about this resort top notch.if you want a relaxing holiday this is the place to come.

Lots of mosquitoes in and around the room. And bees issue with the room.

Absolutely loved our stay at this resort; rooms are incredible, with a lovely view. Spa facilities were awesome as well. The onsite restaurant is okay and a bit expensive.
