Ambience. Service...cleanliness and location

The jacuzzi wasn't working..but was happy to be moved to another room..which had one that worked.....the staff did a great job..thanks Sandy!!

Staff were friendly. Good location to access historic district.

Went through Booking.com and the reservation was misleading. We thought our room (Hacienda) was “on site” not 2 blocks from main facility. Didn’t feel safe walking back to room at night!
