Great location. Spacious, well-appointed room. Plenty of shelves and drawers. Concierge texting.

Very disappointed that restaurant refused us entry very early Sunday morning because “many unexpected guests arrived at opening and they were full”. Meanwhile we saw empty tables. The desk staff were not helpful.

"This particular hotel is a well oiled machine"

This was the second time we have stayed in this particular hotel. Just like our prior stay, it was super clean which made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was a special birthday celebration and this hotel definitely made it special. When booking the hotel I requested a slice of cake to be put in our room upon arrival and Bloody Mary's to be served upon arrival for breakfast. I did not have to contact the hotel once to remind. They pay attention to the details. It was a seamless stay. Our spa experience was 100% amazingly well done with every detail of the experience. I without a doubt highly recommend this particular hotel. Kudos to all who make each detail move like a well oiled machine.
