Very pleased with the accommodations... missed carpeting in the main room
Very clean, area appears safe, rooms are in good condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has several options eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits, cereals, pastries, pancake machine, yogurts.

I made a reservation through Booking.com for one night. When I arrived they said they were full an I was turned away. But at the end of the week I was charged for the nights stay. The manager blamed Booking.com even though he knew we didn’t stay at this hotel. I’m still fighting getting my money back.
It was clean and nice staff. But fitness room lacked dumbbells and small room
My church stayed at this hotel while on a mission trip. We had 9 rooms. On the second day, we had a lady who became very ill and spent the day in the ER. Because NM would not accept her insurance, she was forced to return home to Dallas. She and her daughter checked out at 5:30a.m. to drive home with 2 days left on their stay. After asking for a refund, we were told "no." Because there was no "record" of them checking out. How convenient for them. Extremely poor treatment on this matter.
Under construction still. Molding and trim falling off in the room. Paint spots throughout the hotel. And for some reason was twice as much as usual.
Clean, quiet, attentive staff
The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was no bathroom vent... I was there with my husband and son :)
Hotel is undergoing renovations but was still a pleasant stay.
