It was okay. TV didn't work. First room was dirty and after complaining to 3 different people they finally upgraded us to a different room.

This property is horrible. Not as advertised, so beware. Elevator had exposed wires hanging out. The 3rd floor hallway walls and carpert were stained. The bed was uncomfortable. There was a very small old mounted tv. The shower water was not hot. You can hear everything outside. The breakfest was horrendous. They must put out leftovers because the foot looked and tasted old. Just an horrible experience.
Our room was thankful renovated so we slept comfortably and it was quiet. In the morning there was a very strong chemical or gas like smell in the breakfast area so it was hard to even eat. The eggs white omelettes were overcooked, the tables were so wobbly our drinks almosts spilled everywhere, and the coffee
Lots of hair in the shower! Breakfast was good. Very helpful staff.
We had to call the help to get the TV to work. There was no complementary bottles of shampoo or conditioner. There was no hot water so we had to take cold showers. The rooms lock was coming unscrewed from the door frame. The breakfast was very good.
First off the staff was very friendly and inviting. They have great amenities like a pool and breakfast and they are currently remodeling so i cant fault them for making the hotel look better...but..it took forever to get hot water to our shower, like actually 20 minutes and after 9:30 it sounded like someone was running a marathon above us (we were on the 2nd floor) this person was moving furniture and dropping things and we heard every single step. So sure is was a great room and it had all the bells and whistles of a modern hotel..but for the price i would rather it be run down and quiet than updated and noisy. But thats just me.
