Location is great and this use to be the best in town

The hotel standard has dropped drastically

Towels need to be changed , very old

They upgraded our room and the staff was always ready to help 24/7 Breakfast was amazing The poooool was even better

They must make carport for the car if is raining the car is not safe. Again they must fix the problem of TV network pls we can't go seat at the bar to watch TV really

the breakfast was excellent, and the chef(I think it was Sbu) was great and welcoming and helpful

The signage to the reception is not clear, as a first time visitor I was not sure where to go, where to park. The rooms are old fashioned, there are not sufficient plugs for guests to use. There was a fault with the toilet, it wouldn't flush and it was making a noise. I reported it immediately but it took me going to reception and seeing the manager twice that they brought the maintenance. This gave the impression that they do not take the concerns of guests seriously and with the urgency it deserves. the tv remote was also nowhere to be found

The breakfast was not delicious at all it as just normal breakfast and the fruits were not fresh at al no taste .

Short staffed,pool not cleaned until we called 3 times and asked for it to be cleaned,my room bathroom handle door was broken,my husband got a cut from the shower dispenser because of no maintains and my sliding door didn't work, tv was not working the whole stay ...I was really disappointed .Staff members tried they best .

The service was excellent 👌 The room were spacious, breakfast buffet also was good the food there was nice. We went there to celebrate my birthday. Wow the manager and chef sbu they did extra special the set up outside next to pool it was amazing. Chef sbu and the team im giving them 20 over 10 200%. I am definitely recommending this place if you looking for a stay in rustenburg.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
