The staff is very friendly, the facilities and rooms look very beautiful and clean. The bed is comfortable.

The wifi was not accessible in my room, I had to sit in the reception area to do some work in the evening.

Breakfast was excellent and the catering staff very friendly.

Lack of bar fridge in rooms. The toilet brush was broken.This is not expensive and can surely be replaced.

"Great staff but they need to clean the pools before arrival of guests and get new room towels."

The service from the staff was amazing. They honoured our request to have our rooms next to each other.

The towels were old. The pools weren't clean when we checked in on Friday. Their buffet was not worth the money that we paid.
