"Needs revamping"

The arrival was great in terms of checking in earlier but the room was filthy. The toilet were dirty and the linen was brown even after they cleaned. We had to complain. The reception staff were friendly. The room size is the best but stuffy. The kitchen staff was excellent as well The furniture is old. The cutlery is also old.

Very convenient and comfortable at The Hampshire. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet could have been a bit better. All was very easy though which is good.

"smelly room"

Room smelled on arival.we complained and when we came back it smelled better after a while the sour stench returned. Finnily at 1am we left and went home

"relaxing break at hampshire hotel"
