Booked and paid for an executive suite with spa bath, had terrible trouble changing dates on booking.com, finally admin did it but I didn't get executive suite that i paid for, just a normal room

Stayed here for the night to attend the Armageddon Expo. So close to the event, room was super spacious and tidy for 4 adults. Shower was lovely. Close to a lovely eatery as well, and uber eats options also fantastic.

The location 10000%. The accessible shower and shower chair was really nice too. Wifi was fast and the Sky box was a great touch.

Unfortunately the shower was just dangerous enough to be difficult to navigate (water got everywhere & there weren’t enough towels provided to clean it up) and the extraction fans were not strong enough.

Sub standard no frills accommodation pricy for $600 odd dollars /No ventilation /lack of heating had a heater but that had to be on all the time to stop it getting cold poor room maintenance flooring in bathroom looked very worn light fixture was missing a bulb felt room was basic sub standard
