Everything. The location was perfect as our horse was racing at Alexandra Park.

Few things broken in the room .towels rack, glass table lots of spiders everywhere even in the bed.

Good location. Bus station and super markets are very close.

Staircase is narrow . So climbing wit large luggage bags could be little tricky.. but not a major problem

The room size was great, very spacious and comfortable. Overall, the property was tidy on arrival and the layout of the penthouse made for a nice stay.

I chose the penthouse mainly because the photos showed ceiling windows, but when we arrived they were blacked out and we couldn’t see the sky, which was disappointing. The listing should be updated to reflect this. Cleanliness could be improved, we found what looked like a used toddler’s nappy behind the bin, which was unpleasant. During heavy rain, there was also a leak from the ceiling near one of the deck doors. The TV is quite small and positioned far from the bed, making it difficult to watch comfortably.

Good simple place, have everything you need, pleasant helpful staff.
