I have stayed for five days not once my room was served I had to ask for fresh towels every day whe I see the house keeper out side she asked me to leave the rubbish and the used towels out side the door I had to stay the Hal five days because I paid in advance

The location

Basic Room service was not provided, fresh towels, refills of tea coffee etc, bins not emptied, beds not made up, lights not working, room not cleaned or vacuumed and the room smelt like someone had died in it. The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close. Apparently they don’t offer basic cleaning service and a laminated sign is in your room (I think not) I would NOT have booked the hotel if I knew that THE BASIC CLEANING SERVICE WAS NOT PROVIDED. I did attempt I talk to the staff but instead I was just show a sign that says (I’m paraphrasing) “we don’t offer a cleaning service” How do I provide photos of no fresh towels?

Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful

THE PORCH OUT THE FRONT HAD SOMETHING SPILT ON IT AND WASNT CLEANED UP

Excellent value for money. Everything works well, such as microwave, kettle and taps, with an excellent hot water system. Great location with easy access to buses and the city (bus stop right outside door). Hills district only just up the road.

TV didn't work well. Staff not overly pleasant.

The entire place is disgusting. The rooms are filthy, the bathrooms stink the sewage, the hotel is not well kept. The rooms were not serviced once in 4 nights, no fresh towels etc.
