Convenient location to what we wanted to do in Adelaide.

Stale cigarette smoke in the rooms, very run down, questionable characters hanging around the facilities.

Pool

Room 40 smelled like overwhelmingly like cigarettes, dog and mould. I could not stay in there. Room 39 had a missing shower panel, noisy fan that didn’t sit in its housing, TV remote that didn’t work, bathroom mould and stained carpets. It’s a budget price point but I’d pay a bit extra and stay elsewhere.
