Maribel & Artisumo (golf cart assistant) & LuLu (housekeeping) were absolutely wonderful. So kind & always with a helpful smile. Don’t miss going to Faro Grill (Franklin is an amazing waiter)! All of the food there was incredible. Definitely a top notch experience
USWe arrived here for a sales talk about fractional ownership and/or investment opportunities. Beautiful grounds right on the beach in Riviera Nayarit. We were offered a lovely breakfast with a seasoned sales representative who promised a "no pressure" talk, and a tour of the facility. It was an interesting almost 3 hr experience.
Great resort with your own beach. Had never been to a resort that was not a mega supersized with lots of people. This resort was peaceful and quiet with great staff and great beach with a lighthouse restaurant that the kids loved. Will definitely be back.
Kovay Gardens should seriously change check out procedure. They had all our presonal details - credit cards, passports, addresses, etc. Meanwhile they still required MANDATORY MANUAL (!) signature in front of consierge. We were extremely late for the plane! My wife was crying...
Extremely relaxing resort featuring numerous refreshing pools and hidden secluded areas. A true gem. Utter peace in every room. Every corner exudes calm luxury, making it really worth every return visit!!! I can't wait to return again later this year.

Hola! Well its a retreat, its superb to get away from hustle and bustle, but at the same time easy to get out to any action! We purchased here in the pandemic and have been back 3 times since over last 4 yrs. originally we stayed on a promo at Puerto Vallarta and had to do a presentation their. We had concerns, but our sales reps and the feel of resort made us comfy! Tour seemed not to long but better than others we have been too! The guarantees seemed to good at the time and the price to purchase, but having been back and using different units and travelling to europe last year with Kovay its become an absolute deal! I think we negotiated well! We have recommended friends and family to go, and had great feed back! I wish anyone the best and good luck saying know especially when we have been paid to travel by Kovay almost to europe! Check it out, stay in the Penthouse 2 floors with jacuzzi and bbq! Amazing! Great staff, great food great destination! 5 stars you guys!!!!!
I have been using my membership at KOVAY Gardens for 3 yrs . And me and my family are very happy with it. Nice accommodation always available and excellent service. Since I became member in 2022 I can't wait to came back every year to enjoy the weather of this lovely bay. Staff very kind. I have obtained in every way what I expected from my membership.
