Eight days including New Years Eve. Responsive, polite, caring approachable staff. All of our concerns, last minute requests, local transportation arrangements and room service were met without delay.

Wonderful! It was a great and peaceful hotel room!

the Rooms are spacious, well ventilated. The Staff is friendly and courteous Housekeeping was a little slack. they had to be reminded to make up the room and on few days forgot to put toiletries,towels etc. but overall a great experience

The hotel and staff were 1st class in all respects. The pools and surrounding areas were well kept. The hotel staff were very helpful in answering questions or any help needed. The rooms were cleaned and serviced as you would expect.

Good hotel. Great staff. Close enough to Baga and beach but far enough if you want a quiet one too.

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at, blaring music from the pool bar, very disorganised. Breakfast was a bun fight ( if you could get a table) I don't know why it was so busy as the food was nothing less than grim! We didn't bother going into breakfast half of the time.
