Location was good. Room was great. Housekeeping were lovely.

While there there was much hammering and cutting of ? Tiles. Mostly they finished by 5, but not always. Had dinner there one night. Staff seemed miserable. Went to go another lunchtime, but again, atmosphere didn't feel great, so went elsewhere. A warm greeting would be nice, rather than what felt like annoyance.

"Overall pleasant but definitely could have been better"

The location was great and the staff were generally friendly and helpful

A lot of the facilities were lacking or cost extra. Eg. the internet didn’t work in the rooms and we were only given one room key for 2 people but when we asked for a second room key there was an 80 baht fee

Practic totul, curățenie,personal amabil mereu la dispoziție, plaja, mâncarea, locația aproape de tot.Piscina foarte curată.

Râul care trece peste stradă lângă plajă uneori miroase.

The rooms are spectacular! Even better than the photos online. Location is prime, right in front of the Karon beach. Staff was super helpful. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Phuket in the future!

Понравился персонал - на все просьбы быстро реагировал, качественная уборка. Питание понравилось, разнообразное. Из минусов - разбавленные соки. Достойный бассейн. Часто 'отваливался' интернет. И пляж напротив отеля не очень - много мусора в песке, портит вид речка-вонючка.
