The pool by the balcony was an excellent feature.

Breakfast had a lot of options but the food quality wasn't very good. The fried rice was hard. The sausages and ham were sub par. The staff's English proficiency could be better and I struggled to communicate with them. The walk from my hotel room to the entrance/ beach/ restaurant/ reception was very long (2 blocks). Also, when checking in, we were somehow gazumped by guests arriving after us and we had to wait. One would assume it was first come first serve...

Good value for money for a beachfront hotel. The pool is good, and the breakfast is decent, though not luxurious. The staff are responsive and help with everything.

I didn’t notice any significant disadvantages. Since there are a lot of rooms, they don’t always manage to clean them on time, and once I had to remind them.

Clean and spacious rooms. Great location.

Staff attitude and behaviour. I didn’t find a single smiling face during my entire stay.

Location: Wonderful location across the street from the beach and a walk away from lots of movement, shops, restaurants. I did find out when I arrived that this location seems to be heavily visited by Russian (and other Eastern European) tourists. Room: PREMIER ROOM - Very spacious, very clean & comfortable. No walls to the bathroom (it's a glass door/window) so be aware of that if booking with family/friends lol Also it mentions a "pool view" but the only pool i saw out of the window (4th/last floor) was the neighbouring resort pool LOL not a big deal though. It also has a safe you can leave your valueables in when while you are away and the room service is not expensive at all, very in-line with the restaurants around. Pool: There are hours listed on a sign but no one is going to kick you out for staying in late. There's also a bar right at the pool you can order drinks & food at :) Spent the day at the beach and would come to the hotel to hang out at the pool until the evening. Super relaxing! Breakfast: WONDERFUL!! It's buffet style with a lot of options. i believe it cycles through the room service menu everyday and there's someone at the window you can ask for your eggs a certain style. Everything was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised.

Wi-Fi is not great and not super reliable. Works, but i wouldn't count on it if you had an important call or meetings to attend online.

Location was perfect. Across the road to the beach and the rooms are quite large. Ended my my stay in Thailand perfectly 👌🏼
