"I don't recommend it"

The only thing we liked was a chambermaid who was very attentive and meticulous.

It offers very little for the price charged, the service wasn't very good, they don't provide personal hygiene items daily (toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner, hairbrush, toilet paper), they don't have a comfortable waiting area or a suitable place to store luggage, they don't serve coffee or tea with biscuits in the afternoon to please guests, honestly I don't recommend it.

Lage war zentral zur Beach und zum Central oder zur Walking Street, jeweils nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Manchmal nachts etwas laut, wenn man wie ich bei offenen Fenster schläft. Frühstück war okay für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Guter und grosser Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher war im Zimmer. Bett war okay. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab immer frische Handtücher.

Bei Booking.com wird dieses Hotel als 4 Sterne Hotel gelistet, dass ist es definitiv nicht, bei Google Maps auch nur 3 Sterne. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein und die Abtrennung der Duschwand ungünstig angebracht. So lies sich kaum vermeiden, dass das Wasser beim Duschen in den Raum spritzt. Frühstück sehr amerikanisch und thailändisch, keine Wurst oder Käse, nur eine Sorte Jogurt und 2 Sorten abgepackte Marmelade. Butter wurde nicht gekühlt und war immer flüssig. Ich habe mir nach dem Frühstück meine Butter für den nächsten Tag mitgenommen und in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Kaffee hat mir aus dem sehr langsamen Kaffeeautomat nicht geschmeckt. Habe mir im Supermarkt sehr guten löslichen Kaffee besorgt.

"Good place to stay, could improve on breakfast"

- The location is close to Bangla but not on the main street, so it's pretty quiet - Room was clean - Towels changed everyday - Nice pool and well equipped gym

- Not much diversity at breakfast, also some things were not fresh - WiFi is terrible, almost unusable - The TVs are NOT smart, they have a chinese tv box or something which is unusable
