Terrible beds and so hard, we all have back pain. Rooms were so outdated and not well maintained, it looked like school dorm rooms. The breakfast is supposed to be servered till 10h30 but they would stop stocking food from 9, so if you arrive at 10h00 you get whatever scraps and are not willing to assist even with cutting green pepper. Also their clock against the wall is set 5min earlier, so when they come tell you breakfast service is finishing in 5min, it actually only 10h15am. Then the construction site next door is a terrible view from your windows and can't open the sliding door because of the noise or dust. I can understand that room service or restaurant ends service at 20h30, but why switch off lights in communal area, while guests are still sitting there?

Good gym but needs updating

Massive building work, holiday from hell style, demolished the whole hotel next door unbelievable noise swimming pools closed dust and dirt everywhere. Also digging up the road at the other 2 sides of the hotel cutting concrete all day long. Hotel very dated bathrooms in both rooms we stayed in were 20 years old plus, dirty mouldy tile grout, shower really old. Never 4 star when new maybe, 3 star at the most. No advance warning about the building works the hotel should have been closed down, refused refund we checked out early and paid to stay in another hotel.

Es un hotel de estilo provincial , muy buena limpieza y el staff increíble súper atentas y disponibles las chicas de la recepción al igual que la maravillosa Joy en su escritorio siempre dispuesta a ayudar con los tours y explicar todo lo necesario. Fue una estancia en familia increíble . El hotel está bien ubicado , se puede ir andando a todas partes . Lo recomiendo
