Llegamos y no tenían nuestra habitación. La reserva figuraba pero habían admitido a otra pareja. Tuvimos que salir a buscar nosotros mismos donde dormir (sábado 9pm) porque la recepcionista quería hacerme dormir en una habitación de 12 hombres (con mi novio). Y en los hoteles que ella conocía no había lugar… Un desastre. No nos quisieron devolver el dinero en efectivo para poder ir a reservar otro hotel. Ni tampoco nos devolvieron el dinero aún (UN MES DESPUÉS) Un desastre.
