Great hotel, Everything was nice. Me and my famly would surely choose it again next time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nice and spacious.

I would like to commend Gelord, Dannah, and Stephen for their consistent attentiveness and care. They regularly check on us to ensure that we have everything we need and that we are comfortable while dining. Their friendly and accommodating demeanor truly enhances the overall experience. I would also like to recognize Sir Richard from the towel counter, who goes the extra mile in looking after the kids. He is always smiling and warmly greeting guests, which adds a welcoming and thoughtful touch to the experience. Their dedication to excellent service is truly appreciated.

It’s LaBoracay and we decided to stay in a hotel that’s close to all the activities and nightlife, and Henann Regency was the perfect choice for that. We were welcomed by the front desk staff Gwen, and it was such a smooth and quick check-in (though I was hoping for a welcome drink). She even let us check in very early at 1: 30PM (standard is 3PM). So we had more time to rest and touch up before we go out. Thanks Gwen. Harry from the concierge was also very kind in leading us to the hotel room. The hotel property was wide, with east, north wing and main wing available, which each having their own pools. We were soooo lucky that we were in the north wing! We were facing the beach and honestly, the view alone would’ve costs us bucks but we got the premier room only. The only downside here is that it’s next to OMbar, so if you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the best choice. We got back from a party around 1:30am and we could hear muffled music from the club. Personally I didn’t mind it and I slept like a baby but yeah, it wouldn’t be great if you’re with your family to stay in that particular area. Inside the room, it looked a bit outdated. We compared it to the other Henann resorts and we can confirmed it was not as modern as the others. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working and the AC took too long to cool the entire room even if we turned down the temp to its lowest. But one thing I love was how SOFT the bed was! Now let’s talk about the buffet. The staff was friendly and lead us to our table. Then we went ahead and devoured the selections. It has a lot of variety, but it’s mostly Filipino food. We were lucky (again!) that we had bacon. Lol. And the ube champorado was such a nice breakfast dessert. Overall, I do think Henann Regency lived up to its reputation of being a 4-star resort. The staff were really courteous and one guy even greeted us at around 1 in the morning in the hallway. It’s also a perfect choice if you want to be close to the beach! It’s literally just a few steps away. I would like to try their spa next time but that’s another review to tell. Thanks Henann Regency!

Room was close to the beach, and we had direct access to the pool right from our room patio. All the staff were very polite and the rooms were clean

Staff have better control of the people swimming in the pool. Since our patio has direct access to the pool a lot of people that were swimming would stop at the steps that are access steps to our patio and it. Would be nice if they were told by the hotel staff to move to a different area of the pool
