It was ok. Not felt there were enough options, but ok

Room service was extremely poor. They did not have anything post 10am. Internet also wasn’t great and the staff isn’t aware in general.

I like the location as it is in the heart of boracay

The room that was given had issues, lot of issues, though staff were accommodating, we were given options but the room given does not suit our requirement hence we stayed in a room with lot of issues

Regency is a little older building ( built first ) compared to hanann lagoon where i used to stay - bedroom and bathroom are a little smaller than the lagoon ! henann lagoon is more modern and updated - although its about 10-15mins walk to the beach BUT - henann regency ... being few steps to the beach is a big plus factor ! there's always a downfall & up ... it all depends on what guests wants : a beach front with a little older bedroom or a modern one but have to walk 10 - 15 mins to the beach !

Our original choice was Prime, but was fully booked. Regency is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Exceptional service and stay. Everyone was delightfully nice, but the ones who stood out were Essa from the check in front desk and Keneth from Sea Breeze. They made our 15th wedding anniv more special. Will definitely be back. Thank you ❤️🙏🏻🤘

Location is ideally centralised at station 2. Makes access to places , dining , entertainment and beach walking between station 1 to 3 really convenient. Service is tip top no matter how busy different department staff are. Compliments to front desk , Apple for directions to passport photo shops in D mall and Sarah for wifi connection , housekeeping and butler staff greeting guests whenever they pass by. Last but not least , compliments to sea breeze buffet staffs interacting with guests and checking to make sure everything is satisfactory.

The location is excellent, nearby the D'mall in station 2. The security is excellent as well. I like the pool area.

Everything is fine except some service, check in was a little too long to wait I guess they're busy but I just don't understand why we need to wait that long. The buffet is good, lot of selection but the ladies in front is not very welcoming. I understand they're busy but at least have a smile on your face.
