"Very Good"

We had our breakfast buffet at sea breeze cafe. The spoon that was given to me was already used wrapped on a tissue towel but the fork was clean. It was so disgusting. Why does their staff not be able to check it.

"Buffet where Service is the selling point"

The price is reasonable. The food selection is above average. The service (special mention to Princess) is exceptional. She attended to our requests and needs with bright smile. The crew is attentive, courteous and kind.

"Excellent service & cozy rooms"

Me and my cousin had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionist name (ate) Apple was very kind and accommodating as she allowed us to check in 1 or 2 hours earlier, which we truly appreciate. Also, a gentleman name which I believed his name was (Kuya) Herbert was also very helpful and assisted us with our luggage and of course the rest of the front of house staff and securities (Kuya Danny and Kuya JJ) and room attendants also. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to great bars, restaurants and of course Jollibee! 🫶🏼 which makes everything very convenient and accessible. Overall, the staff provided excellent customer service, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

"Perfect place to stay in station 2."

Everything! Great location on the beach, rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, aircon worked well, staff were friendly. An extra plus was the free water dispensers outside the rooms so we didn’t need to buy water, and sunbeds on the beach.
