The area was perfect..close to everything

The buffet breakfast was a let down, mainly catering for Asian people..The room ok..but mouldy bathroom.Bed mattress was very dirty and stained.

"Unmatched hospitality and kindest staff"

Ms Kristel at reception this evening was so attentive to our needs and was exceptionally kind and hospitable in making sure we are comfortable. We had a long day of travelling - flight was delayed and the aircraft eventually had to return to Cebu mid flight due to technical issues so delay was extended further. Kudos to Ms Kristel and the team today. PS, all the trasport staff from airport to boat service to hotel transfer were amazing. Thank you for all your help.

location, cleanliness, and overall facilities

pool bar staff were a bit slow seeming always standing around in the cash counter. Probably the system in the poolbar is not seamlessly connected to the network for billing. But staff were friendly.

Excellent location, friendly and welcoming staff. The spa is excellent. Efficient front desk. Buffet breakfast amazing.

The gym is small and needs a bigger space and more equipment. Food takes a while at the pool bar. Service can be a little slow. Some concerns raised by other guests when wallet was stolen from pool area. Increased security needed.
