Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Drumheller

Hôtel basique situé au centre de Drumheller, quelques restaurants et magasins à proximité ; chambre et salle de bain plutôt spacieuses ; pas vraiment de charme mais correct pour une étape à Drumheller.

Everything is great

A simple motel room. No major complaints really. The bed was a bit stiff, and you could hear the people walking by pretty clearly, but for the price it was fine. The lady at check-in and check-out though was super polite and courteous. Pretty decent location though, with lots of dinos within walking distance.

Good central location; affordable rates; clean and comfortable ground-floor room with basic included breakfast.

Unfortunately, there is no where secure to leave luggage if you arrive before check-in time. Staff at reception were either very friendly and helpful or disengaged, depending on who was on duty.

We did not have a chance to stay due to an inconsistency in the booking

The host was so inappropriately aggressive. He made no attempt to reconcile the inconsistency in the booking with my phone records. We left the premises after being berated and yelled at. Initially, his wife had been very courteous in attempting to find the problem, but he rushed over from his laundry duties all ready for a fight. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect. We will accept the charge for the missed booking but you should be aware that this is happening in the facilities that you endorse
