Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Drumheller

We just needed a basic hotel for one night and this fit the bill.

Super easy to find, park, and check in! The rooms are very tidy and comfortable.

The staff was very accommodating, giving us an extra chair, as there was only one. They were very understandable about a nosebleed that my daughter had. We had an overall good experience and good value for the money!

The fact that there was only one chair but the staff immediately provided a second chair for us without any issue. The air conditioner was very loud and made weird noises so we just turned it off for the evening.

The location was good.

Room was disgusting. We walked in, and there was plant matter all over the room. The floor was sticky. There was also loose hair all over the shower and bathroom area. The walls are paper thin. We heard every time the neighbors moved or breathed. It was not a pleasant experience. Which is very unfortunate. The price point is right and the location is perfect. We cut our trip short by a night. It was just too much. We would have left earlier, however, we were doing things around drumheller and didn't really know the scope of things till about midnight.

We were yelled at for asking for new sheets and had to go to the lobby to pick them up. The last that handed them to us was ride. The sheets on the bed were covered in stains and random people's hair, including on the mattress protector. Mold found in the bathroom, stains on the curtains, socks were black from the floor, light bulbs not working. If that wasn't enough, we got charged for 3 nights when we didn't stay even one, we were refused any refund, and had an ADDITIONAL charge of $300 the next day that he denied. We have video and photographic evidence, including one of the conversations over the phone with the extremely rude guy we spoke to.

Easy and quick for last minute room for the night. The ceiling had obvious water damage at some point. Bed was decent but could have used more pollows. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly with a pet fee. Lots of cool things to do and see within a few blocks walking

Nous sommes arrivés vers 1h pour repartir à 3h du matin à cause de punaise de lit.. Quand nous sommes revenus le lendemain avec photo, le monsieur à l'accueil ne nous a pas cru nous accusant d'avoir modifié les photos ou de ne pas avoir de preuve que c'était sa chambre d'hôtel malgré l'heure et la localisation, et nous disant de nous débrouiller avec booking pour avoir un remboursement (il pensait que nous n'allions pas appeler booking) Après des aller retour entre booking et l'hôtel j'ai finalement eu un remboursement mais j'ai dû appeler booking et l'hôtel plusieurs fois. La communication a été longue et compliquée. Ce n'est pas normal que ce soit moi qui doivent faire le relais entre les deux parties. Pour info après avoir appelé Booking, le gérant de l'hôtel s'est excusé et m'a dit qu'il allait faire appel à un spécialiste anti parasite
