Best Western Plus Palo Alto Inn and Suites

Elevator out of order. Shower leaked causing high humidity in room. Sheets felt moist.

Not bad. A nice place on thr Southside of SA Super close to available event spaces and etc.

It was terrible when we got there no elevator service we were on the 4th floor with medical conditions no towels in the room 3 night stay and no room service was offered atcany time we asked for towels the first night the young man stated he had to give them to someone else who was griping we only received towels one day out of a three night stay

The elevators didn’t work and our room was on the top floor. There was a pile of toenails on the carpet. The AC was broken. There wasn’t any hot water and we had to take cold showers.

First check in was easy, rooms were spacious, and Bkfst was good. Cons elevator was broke and we were not informed. Stairs and hallways were dirty and hot. One bed and blood on the comforter and there were NO TOWELS. Literally one torn up towel and no washcloths. Luckily I keep extra because the hotel were all out. What an inconvenience!

Elevator not working had to take stairs. We had so much stuff to carry. Stairway was dirty. There was no towels when we asked for more they said they didn't have any or they was in the dryer. My room said full kitchen. But there was 1 plate and no silverware..

Elevator didn’t work, upstairs room had a dirty bathroom but Isaiah made up for it quickly and was attentive and friendly with a genuine interest in making the stay pleasant-

Room was clean; employees friendly; awesome breakfast. Area is a little sketchy, but overall we felt very safe. Lots of fast food options nearby as well as an Olive Garden.

Elevator is out. Seems from other reviews it has been out for a while or is at least a frequently recurring problem. The carpeted stairwell smelled like urine. The first room we were checked into had a broken toilet seat and the tv remote didn’t work (not battery related, the buttons were mostly inoperative). A few dead cockroaches around the room in areas that had not been vacuumed. The second room we were booked into had a constantly running hot water stream coming out of the tub tap (not dripping, running). Again, the floor cleanliness was questionable. The AC fan would only operate on low. It cooled the room but only marginally. The refrigerator started leaking sometime during the first night. We stayed there. It wasn’t the worst. The owner needs to do a top down renovation of all the floor coverings and fix all of the ongoing maintenance items. The staff was very friendly and professional as they probably have had to deal with the same complaints for years now (based on other reviews claiming the same conditions).
