Phones didn’t work, elevator not working & had to use stairs. I have RA and it was terrible. Brother has colostomy bag & can’t carry heavy things. We had to make several trips to get things to the room. Shower curtain too short & water everywhere in bathroom. Not good.
USThe elevators were broken and our room was on the 3rd floor and I had a broken foot and it was hard getting up and down the stairs
We got there as soon as you enter it smells like mold, the elevator wasnt working. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor and it reeked of mold. They gave us a 2nd room, it was dirty. They gave us a 3rd room and it was decent. The pool DOES NOT look like the pictures. You ask for towels and they look at you like its a sin to ask for towels. The breakfast is a sorry set up…hard hash brown and old ketchup packets. Slaming doors and barking dogs in the middle of the night. La quinta has got to do better. We will Not be staying in this property ever again.
Elevator out of order. My entry light to room out and ceiling fan did not work. We asked front desk and said we're going to look at it but no response or update.

It was an average hotel. Didn’t like that it was close to train tracks. Could hear the train whistle in the early morning hours.
