"No me fue, no les llegó mi reserva "

Muy lindo el entorno del hotel. El personal muy profesional. Destaco el desempeño de Oscar quien desde el primer segundo fue demasiado amable y siempre con muy buena disposición. Gracias a el, toda nuestra estancia fue perfecta.

Muy lindo el hotel, y las personas que atienden son muy amables. Nos hubiese gustado que el desayuno fuese un poquito más de lo que servían, pero exceptuando eso estaba todo muy rico y buen servicio.

El Hotel en general OK pero el servicio malo, tenían desayuno desde las 8 AM y no tenían ninguna flexibilidad de hacernos algo para las 07 AM (salíamos de pesca). Al día siguiente esperamos para las 08 AM y nos dijeron que no estábamos autorizados a tomar desayuno porque no habíamos confirmado. Finalmente después del mal rato tomamos desayuno igual, pero muestra este Hotel una clara pésima cultura de buen servicio al cliente especialmente saliendo de periodo de cuarentenas. OJO todo viene desde Gerencia tal como lo entendimos.

Cómodo pero la habitación muy pequeña y básica para el costo monetario del hotel, la ducha (algo muy importante para mi) no se podía regular bien el agua lo que lo hacía muy incomodo

"Acogedor, ideal para descansar!"

El Horel del Lago es un lugar ideal si buscas descansar y desconectarte, es acogedor con un lindo entorno rodeado de naturaleza y paz..agradezco especialmentes las atenciones y trato de don Óscar que estuvo pendiente y atento de nuestra estadía incluso antes de llegar. Sin duda volveremos pronto!
