If you speak English only, get used to using WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel. Very little English is spoken. But everyone was super nice

La propiedad en general es linda perso está sumamente descuidada. No ha tenido remodelación en muchos años. Las habitaciones de las cabañas son súper frías y obscuras lo cual los hace tétricas y 0 aptas para niños. No tienen calefacción solo una pequeña chimenea. Debería de haber mayor información. Las habitaciones del edificio están mejor pero tienen humedad, los muebles nos feos incluso con sillas de restaurante para que no se vea la falta de inventario. La alberca está descuidada, sucia y le faltaba agua y en ningún hotel me habían pedido “rentar por $550 la hora del Jacuzzi” el cual estaba sucio, lleno de cabello y con restos de comida. Por otro lado habían huéspedes que entraron con hielera y el propio personal del área de alberca y áreas comunes simplemente no dijeron nada. Por imagen se vio terrible. Personal 0 atentó sin ganas de trabajar y 0 actitud de servicio (alberca, bellboys). Pedí una cuna y nunca llegó. Lo único rescatable fue el mesero que nos atendió espléndidamente y rápido. Los alimentos ricos pero no había café descafeinado, ni suficientes opciones en la cena. Este hotel “es de los mejores” de la cadena misión pero dejó de ser Grand. Es una lástima que esté tan descuidado y con precios tan elevados que no lo valen.

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy bonita. Pero las fotos que publican no son lo que el hotel ofrece en realidad. El hotel lo sentimos ya un poco viejo, pensamos que una buena remodelación le caería muy bien. También tuvieron fallas en el WhatsApp que es como uno se comunica dentro del hotel y el no tener acceso a algún número telefónico de manera rápida complica más las cosas. El staff es súper amable y la comida está muy buena.
