The staff was great and addressed my concerns

The first room I was assigned the joining room door did not lock. So anyone could come in at any time ...staff moved me to a different room asap. The 2nd room the toilet would not flush after many attempts.

Room was clean.

Staff was hardly seen, couldn’t find do not disturb sign, housekeeping woke us up, weird man In parking lot looking in everyone’s cars.

The breakfast was fun! A child didn't know how to operate the pancake machine and she kept pushing the button. I think she was trying to stop it but did not know pushing the button meant it kept making more pancakes! She had about 8-10 pancakes and they were still coming, hahaha! Very entertaining in the "I love lucy" kind of way ;-))

The call button for the elevator on the 4th floor did not work. We were told we could call down top the desk and they would send it up. A bit of inconvenience so we elected to walk down 4 flights of stairs.

This property deserves NO STARS!!! Booked with them weeks in advance. Reserved room with credit card like most reservations. I arrived to check in with my 2 small children and was refused check in, stating they overbooked despite me having a reservation!! They never even called to notify me of the booking issue leaving me stranded with children at night and no room. All hotels in the area were booked. Had to drive almost an hour away for another hotel. Worst experience ever

Very clean and quiet at night. Will stay here next time we come to Tuscumbia.
