Great location. Good price.

First room I was sent to was still dirty and had not been cleaned. Second room I was sent to was clean except there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the top of the shower curtain from previous people. Not the cleanest place. Housekeepers did a good job cleaning our room and making our bed and replacing dirty towels, but the first impression makes me rethink everything staying there again.

First off, Houston, a maintenance guy, was very kind and helpful! The sheets were a little rough as opposed to soft and easy to move around in. There were no outlets on one side of the bed. We had to put our charging stuff on the counter. The internet was very bad. I ended up using my phone data. The A/C and heat worked well. I used the online check-in. The process once I got there was easy. I didn’t have to fill out anything again.

Location and price

The rooms haven’t been cleaned properly in years, the lobby was being mopped with very very smelly products like fabuloso often, 2/3 staff members I dealt with weren’t friendly 1 was a manager, 2 of the cleaning crew looked like they were high on meth tweaking and had sores covering their body, we didn’t attempt to eat the food, ice machine on my floor didn’t work, dried blood on my sheets, room smelled terrible, etc.
