The staff's willingness to handle and immediately resolve any request and need. The concept and cleanliness of the public areas. The breakfast and its variety.

The bedrooms, and especially the bed access to it, are not comfortable for all ages& danger at night. The softness of the mattress does not allow for good quality sleep. There is noise until the wee hours of the morning from music nearby. Jacuzzi with cold water! Chairs in the living room without pillows. These things should be paid attention to in order to make the stay perfect.

We have been staying at The Library Koh Samui every year for the past four years, and somehow each visit still feels like the first. The beauty of the landscape, the attention to detail, and the calm atmosphere keep surprising us as if we are seeing it all anew. There is something magical about this place that never fades. It only becomes more special with time. This year, our experience was made extraordinary by three incredible people: Dear, Moo and the manager Noi. Their kindness, professionalism and sincerity truly set The Library apart. Dear treated us like VIP guests from the moment we arrived. His warmth and presence make you feel genuinely taken care of. Moo was equally wonderful, always attentive and ready with a smile that makes your day lighter. And manager Noi made us feel so welcomed and looked after, ensuring every moment of our stay was seamless and unforgettable. The food at The Page deserves a special mention. Every meal was impeccable. The flavors were rich and balanced, and the presentation was elegant. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or dinner under the soft evening lights, the dining experience was consistently exceptional. The Library is no longer just a hotel for us. It has become a place of comfort and familiarity, a sanctuary where we return every year to reconnect with beauty and peace. And it is because of people like Dear, Moo and Noi that it feels like home.
