Love the location, the property & the staffs.

I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions and I love coming back. If it’s in your price range, you should do it. It’s not like other resorts. It’s not huge. The vibe is like Le Corbusier designed a Thai resort: white concrete, glass, modernist simplicity. At the front door is all the craziness of Chaweng: sweaty backpackers from across the globe, bars, massage joints, motor scooters, music, touts, t-shirt shops, supermarkets, tattoo parlours, fake Vuitton. Pass through the gate and you’re in a beautiful secluded garden with the (famously red) swimming pool and beach at the other end. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the bar and restaurant are terrific, and the clientele are generally a pleasant, laid back lot. I love its combination of urbanity and excitement, and elegant seclusion.

Absolutely fabulous place that managed to preserve its authentic and contemplative soul, offering one-of-a-kind architecture and experiences. A very romantic getaway, ideal for couples and honeymooners. Already came twice, the first time was 9 years ago (had come alone) and ever since my wish to come back with my love had never left me. Just found the hotel a little too kids-friendly to my taste. Would highly prefer that it remains/becomes an adults-only hotel, or at leasrt recommend to keep the long pool an adult-only one and not only a "quiet' one. Not keen on children's giant inflatable buoys all over the place etc... But other than that everyting was just perfect. Very high level of customer service and the "Secret Chapters" section (with its secret doorway...) is an amazing addition that totally blew our minds ! Congratulations to the genious architect(s) and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the amazing Christmas spent with you all at the Library this year.

Beautiful aesthetic, great facilities, great bar and restaurant.

I was in the Editor Suite - although the room was lovely, it was quite far away from the rest of the hotel - and close to the street. This meant it was quite noisy at times. Also - the sound of electricity wires etc. The room although very private also felt a bit enclosed - with high walls and no view. The bedroom, while very cool - was not necessarily great for sleeping due to its design layout and colour scheme.

Wonderful holiday! Me and my husband came here for wonderful nights, everything is above our speciations, we would like to mention the service of Mandy who took care of us during our stay. Highly recommended
